One thing's for sure, we love our bubbles!
In 2016, we drank a third of all Prosecco produced. But with our English Sparkling Wines actually beating Champagne in many blind tastings we're getting a pretty good reputation for ourselves. Total production and international exports, particularly to the US, are growing each year.
So why not keep some of the good stuff to ourselves?
